Why do I need to signup to purchase?
All Virginia DCJS In-Service Courses requires you to register and create an STA account with your 99-number entered in this format (99XXXXXX) with no “-“, before purchasing so that you can keep track of your progress and receive credit with Virginia DCJS for the courses that you have passed and completed.
Will I still have access to the other courses?
Absolutely! Think of having this STA Account as a “premium” account that gives you access to purchase courses that individuals without an account don’t have access to, gives you the ability to manage the progress on all your online courses, and it gives you access to purchase courses that are available to the general public.
